No one can serve two masters
I address this topic as it is so real to us at JOY! and I want to share with you our story so that you may be encouraged. JOY! Magazine is a ministry and not a publishing ‘business’. We operate with excellence as if “working for the Lord” and practise professional business principles at all times so that we may bring glory and honour to our Father in Heaven. Our purpose is to be a blessing to the Body of Christ and make Him known within this nation.
Psalm 96:3 says “Publish His glorious deeds amongst the nations. Tell everyone about the amazing things He does.” We trust we are fulfilling this mandate. As a strong Prophetic magazine we do not tolerate sin and boldly proclaim our Master’s message. We will never compromise the Word of God. Because of this, God is blessing us in order that we can be a blessing to others. If advertisers think our message is too strong, then too bad! God is our source and our Provider and may JOY! Magazine always be a testimony of His promises. “Great is the Lord! He is most worthy of praise!”
