I loved Val Waldick's article on when "Christianity appears cultish", because I believe it hit so true when she mentioned the Gnostic's. Even the truth, if it makes us feel we have something extra then the "Holy Catholic Church" (regenerated/born-again Christians), is sin, and that is why I respect Joy's commitment to all believers - as when you become born again, you get the whole ball of wax, salvation and the ability to live for Christ.
An idea I would like to suggest to pastors out there, are sometimes overeager to get their vision going and miss opportunities to save people. As a consequence many churches, have their Sunday schools come into the church for fifteen minutes. Many people, maybe even because of sin, or personal hurt from an over-excited elder neglect church and because of this they can't just drop their kids off at Sunday School. Billy Graham has been great with the gospel, and I commend Joy to print out a copy of his four laws (adult and kid version). When I was four, my Sunday School teacher, asked who of us were Christians, and when. She lead several people to the Lord. Most have endured.
I'm not suggesting "turn or burn" here, but every sermon can be even have a prayer thanking Jesus that he is our Lord and our God, and the only reason we are spared from judgement.
"He that withholdeth corn, the people shall curse".
God bless, and keep your good work up.
